Holland & Hart's Private Client Group is seeking a mid- to senior level attorney (5+ years) with experience in fiduciary litigation and estate planning to join our tax team. This position will involve (i) assisting with fiduciary litigation cases, (ii) creating, drafting, and implementing sophisticated wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals and (iii) collaborating and assisting with all aspects of complex estate and trust administration matters.

Position Requirements
Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, stellar interpersonal skills, the ability to proactively anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner, and the aptitude to work in a team environment. Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills are required. A strong candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, solid organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and be able to prioritize tasks in a high stress environment. Prior professional experience and/or an LLM is a plus.
Compensation and Expectations
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team’s efforts. As required by the Colorado Pay Transparency Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $237,500 - $285,000.
Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
