The Legal Operations team is looking for a strategic program leader to manage our portfolio of Legal Suppliers. As a Sr Program Manager for the Legal Supplier portfolio, this individual contributor will ensure smooth operations of our eBilling processes and drive a culture of value-driven Supplier management across the Legal department. This is a hands-on role, for someone who loves to manage a myriad of daily details while propelling a big-picture vision through clear, tight project management.
This position can sit in either Bellevue, WA or Herndon, VA.
What you’ll do in your role.
Own and operate the Legal Supplier program, from firm engagement and onboarding through ongoing eBilling and Supplier compliance. Drive automation and digital workflows for all stages of the Supplier lifecycle.
Design tools for efficient and value-driven Supplier selection. Establish dashboards of key indicators for cost control and operational effectiveness.
Create a program of Supplier audits for adherence to engagement terms. Work with Suppliers to recapture costs as appropriate.
Create and operate training program for internal Legal department on eBilling/Matter Management tools, dashboards, and guidelines. Drive a culture of value-driven Supplier selection.
Dive deep to understand Legal department needs and Legal operational processes. Develop a wide network of collaborators within Legal and across the company.
The experience you’ll bring.
8+ years of experience implementing and operating transformational projects and programs. Proven success with implementing technology to improve operations and drive efficiencies.
Experience with Supplier/Vendor lifecycles, billing systems and/or management of similar operational processes.
Strong project management skills. Experience with project management tools, creating workback schedules, designing requirements, and driving project members to assignment completion.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to confidently communicate across all levels and support a wide variety of stakeholder needs daily.
Experience with Legal departments is helpful, but a growth mindset and natural curiosity is essential. In this role, you will need to quickly learn Legal processes particular to T-Mobile and will be exposed to substantive Legal issues.
