We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our office and be an integral part of the team. For this job listing, experience in immigration law is required. First we want to make sure that you have the underlying skills and character that will serve as the foundation to then build on top of that more experience. You will be working under the owner and principal attorney Cody Fullmer. He will mentor and guide you into becoming an even more experienced immigration attorney. Your caseload will primarily be removal proceedings in the non-detained setting. You will also handle cases before USCIS. There may be some detained cases depending on eligibility for bond. We welcome those with experience in immigration litigation and administrative immigration.
