Keller and Heckman LLP, an international law firm based in Washington D.C., is seeking a talented junior or mid-level associate attorney to join our growing Litigation practice in our San Francisco Office. The Associate will have the opportunity to assist on a broad range of litigation and to support our Food and Drug regulatory practice.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Federal and State courts, with experience in one or more areas associated with the firm’s practices such as false advertising, environmental (including Proposition 65), food and drug, occupational health and safety/employment, product liability and safety, insurance, privacy, and telecom.  General commercial litigation and E-Discovery experience is also a plus.
