Bricker Graydon is currently seeking a Corporate Tax Attorney to join its growing Business Industry Group to work with our team of experienced tax professionals.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ of tax experience in corporate and partnership taxation, business structuring and formation (choice of entity), and mergers and acquisitions.  Experience handling civil tax controversy-related matters is a plus.  LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
