ASSOCIATE: Employment Litigation
The Stamford office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level or senior associate to join its national management-side labor and employment practice.Candidates should have a minimum of five years of relevant labor and employment litigation experience.  This position requires knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, trade secret law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and similar state laws).  The ideal candidate should have experience handling certain aspects of litigation such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients
