IP Litigation Associate - Technology
Venable LLP's Intellectual Property Group seeks a midlevel patent litigation associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join the practice in the Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, D.C. office.  The qualified candidate has a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and industry work experience is desirable. The successful candidate has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including case assessment, discovery and motions practice, depositions, working with experts, and appeals. The client focus areas for this role include telecommunications, automotive and other high tech industries. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law sch
