JUNIOR ASSOCIATE: Litigation

The Princeton office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a junior associate to join its Litigation practice.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of relevant litigation experience including, reviewing electronically stored documents; drafting and responding to discovery requests; drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and briefs; interacting with clients and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in conducting depositions and oral argument. Prior judicial clerkship is preferred, but not required.

Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and legal research and writing skills.  Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in New Jersey is required.
