Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate (Midlevel)
Venable’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group seeks an associate with 2-7  years of experience to join the practice. The associate will focus on compensation and benefits inM&A transactions, but will also assist on matters involving executive compensation, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans. The position will not involve litigation. Qualified candidates will have experience assisting with compensation and benefits matters in M&A transactions. Candidates must have a JD from an accredited law school and must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the State Bar for the office in whi
