Our team is small and growing—one immigration attorney working closely with legal assistants/paralegals—to help families navigate USCIS processes by providing empathy, clarity, and precision in our representation. We organize casework around evidence checklists, structured calendaring, and dependable status updates to move matters forward with a thorough team effort, while reducing client anxiety as the case unfolds.
Work model & size: New team members train on?site to learn our workflows, confidentiality, and quality standards; limited hybrid may be available after full competency. We serve a diverse client base and require Spanish proficiency for this role.

- 2+ years experience with family based cases
- Spanish speaking, reading, writing skills
- Available for follow up contact between December 26, 2025 and January 2, 2026 (to schedule interview)
- Available for initial interview the week of January 5, 2026 (or overflow for the week of January 12, 2026)
- Available to start no later than January 31, 2026
