The Opportunity We are seeking a brilliant, driven, and meticulous Senior Associate Attorney to become a cornerstone of our practice. This is not a stepping-stone position; this is a career-defining role designed for an attorney looking for a 10-year home where they can build a legacy.
You will be working directly alongside the Founder/CEO in a fast-paced, environment. Because of our highly engineered internal processes, your sole focus will be on high-level legal execution, case strategy, and delivering unparalleled results for our clients at a volume and speed that traditional firms cannot match.
What You Will Do:
Execute at the Highest Level: Take ownership of a massive, high-stakes caseload, driving cases from initiation to victory. You will apply deep, proven expertise in O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B visas. Experience with L-1, E-2, and I-485 applications is a strong plus.
Command the Details: Produce flawless, highly technical legal arguments and documentation for founder corporate structuring and complex immigration petitions.
Lead the Vanguard: Train, guide, and elevate our dedicated support team, fostering a culture of flawless execution and continuous improvement.
Collaborate in Real-Time: Work in-office 5 days a week at our University Avenue headquarters. We believe that true innovation, mentorship, and strategic alignment happen in person, shoulder-to-shoulder.
Drive the Mission: Serve as the sharp end of the spear, protecting the world's top talent against complex bureaucratic and legal hurdles.
Who You Are:
A Relentless Executor: You are hungry, ambitious, and relentless. You love the actual practice of law and take immense pride in your throughput and accuracy.
Intellectually Elite: You have 5 to 8 years of intense, high-level experience in business immigration (and/or corporate startup law). You digest complex concepts rapidly.
Fully Credentialed: You hold an active U.S. State Bar license in good standing (admission to any U.S. state bar is acceptable for our federal immigration practice).
