 Essential Responsibilities and Duties

 Provide day-to-day support assisting with technology adoption, workflow questions, and basic troubleshooting to promote efficiency and confidence in the use of firm systems.

 Qualifications

 Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

 Key Responsibilities 
 
 Represent clients in  removal proceedings before the Immigration Court , including Master Calendar and Individual Hearings 
 Draft and litigate  motions to reopen, reconsider, terminate, and other post-order relief

 Conduct legal research and develop  case strategies
