Associate or Counsel (Real Estate – Los Angeles)

Saul Ewing is seeking a highly motivated real estate attorney with at least 5 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions. It is essential for candidates to have experience with commercial leasing and acquisitions/dispositions. Must have a proven ability to manage matters with minimal oversight. Large law firm experience is a plus. A strong academic background and excellent writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California.  The anticipated pay range for this role is $220,000 - $260,000.

• Have exceptional interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers (i.e., high EQ and customer service skills).

• Anticipate problems and issues and make the lives of clients easier: identify issues, quantify risk and make sound, actionable recommendations.
