THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 years of experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of significant broad-based experience in employment litigation, including two or more of the followings areas: discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions, and should be able to handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision.
- Complex litigation experience preferred.
- Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.
- Candidate must be admitted to the California Bar.
