Baird Holm LLP seeks an attorney with 10-15 years of experience to support the firm's transactional practices, including commercial lending, real estate lending, corporate finance, and M&A. Candidates should have prior experience as lead counsel on loan or M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents, managing junior attorneys, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be team-oriented, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and have a passion for client service and the drive to build new business for the Firm's transactional practices.
