Saul Ewing is seeking a highly motivated health care attorney with four to six years of experience working on health care transactions and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the health care delivery system as well as experience in the following areas:
Addressing and interpreting health care regulatory matters, including federal and state fraud and abuse statutes and regulations, HIPAA, facility licensing, corporate practice of medicine issues, and state regulatory issues.
Advising a wide range of health care clients, including physician groups and physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and other health care providers.
Managing health care transactions, including drafting and negotiating corporate documents, operating agreements, asset purchase agreements, management agreements and employment agreements.
In addition, the ideal candidate will display a proven commitment to premium client service. Superior research and writing abilities are essential for this role. This position is open to the firm’s Chester County, Philadelphia and Princeton offices. Candidates must have an excellent academic record from an ABA accredited law school. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.
