Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 4 to 10 years of employment litigation experience specifically in California to support the Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Practice Group. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and their experience should include significant trade secrets and unfair competition cases. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California. Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $190,000 to $325,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education.
