The Nemecek Firm, Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated licensed attorney to join its growing practice.  The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping immigrants. This position will be heavily focused on removal defense.  The ability to multi-task and handle a heavy case load, work with paralegals, and meet deadlines is a must. Strong writing and organizational skills are also essential to the success of the role.   Responsibilities: Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines Train and supervise staff Prepare and revise court documents Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law
