Position Overview: The General Counsel (GC) will be a critical resource and strategic partner to Skyryse, particularly the CEO, CFO, and leadership at all levels of the Company, managing the Company’s legal and compliance matters, including advising senior leadership on commercial agreements, corporate governance, import/export controls, intellectual property matters, assisting the Company with reaching milestones of FAA Certification for FlightOS, supporting business negotiations, reviewing and draft agreements and contracts, and ensuring legal compliance for safety matters, consumer protection, real estate, employee relations, etc.
