JOB SUMMARYThe VP, Employment Law – Arbitration is responsible for creating and managing all facets of employment-related arbitration claims, including overseeing the Company’s employment arbitration program, coordinating with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and/or or Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) to secure arbitrators, responding to arbitration claims submitted via the Company’s portal, developing legal strategies related to arbitrations, and litigating arbitration claims through adjudication. The successful candidate will be tasked with laying the foundation for and building an in-house arbitration practice.
