The Litigation and Administrative Practice Group provides legal and policy advice to the Commission and its staff concerning securities laws, administrative laws and other applicable laws. In particular, the Group advises on a wide range of legal matters, to include, but not limited to, investigative and regulatory authority, governmental privileges, professional responsibility, labor and employment law, and procurement.This position is located in Washington, DC. This position closes on August 8, 2022. Typical duties include: Representing the Commission in federal district and appellate courts and administrative and grievance proceedings.
