Compensation Analyst
Ballard Spahr has a new and exciting opportunity available in our Human Resources Department for an experienced Compensation Analyst to develop and administer the total compensation program for our administrative professionals and paralegals and to ensure our compensation remains competitive in the legal industry in each of our local markets. This role will collaborate with others to review job descriptions and perform comparative analysis to benchmark against other positions internally and externally for compensation purposes; analyze internal salary data to identify potential inequities and make recommendations for remediation based on findings; and identify and participate in relevant compensation surveys using survey result to analyze market data to ensure our compensation pr
