This position is for an in-house marketing attorney who will report to the Senior Managing Counsel for the Brand, Marketing & Sponsorship Legal team supporting the Visa Marketing & Corporate Communications teams and will be primarily responsible for providing advice on marketing, advertising, offers and promotions, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating marketing-related agreements, reviewing marketing communications and creative (e.g., press releases, web & social copy, consumer and B2B advertising, marketing/client presentations, marketing surveys/studies, white papers) and advising on promotional offers, contests and sweepstakes.
