INVESTIGATIONS COUNSEL, GLOBAL COMPLIANCE & ETHICS
Overview: In the Office of General Counsel, under the direction of the Vice President, Global Compliance & Ethics, the Counsel will manage domestic and international internal investigations and the enterprise’s global investigation protocol, as well as other projects as assigned, including supporting and developing training initiatives throughout the Legal Department.  The Counsel will work closely with the Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Information Technology Departments as well as outside counsel and other functional business areas on a regular basis.  The Counsel will work closely with corporate functions and business units to adequately address issues requiring investigation, including fact-finding, the issuance of recommendations, and follow-th
