Holland & Hart is seeking attorneys with commercial litigation and/or labor and employment experience to join the firm in our Salt Lake City office.   Position Requirements Ideal candidates will be members of the California Bar and have 2-5 years of top tier law firm experience in commercial litigation and/or labor and employment.  Excellent legal research and writing skills are required.  Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background and experience managing litigation in California state and federal venues, including discovery and motions.  Experience providing employment counseling to clients, or drafting handbooks, agreements or policies is a plus but not a requirement.   Compensation
