Lowenstein Sandler is seeking an Associate to join our Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group in our New York or New Jersey offices. Candidates should have 2 – 4 years of major firm experience structuring employment agreements, equity compensation, deferred compensation, change in control arrangements, and severance and separation arrangements. Representative clients should include private and public companies, start-up companies, private equity and senior executives. Deal experience should include private and public company M&A transactions, IPOs and other sale and liquidity transactions. Specific knowledge of Tax Code Sections 409A, 280G, and 83(b) is desirable.
