Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of commercial bankruptcy, corporate restructuring and Chapter 11 experience for our Roseland, NJ or New York City office.  This position offers an opportunity for great work experience representing creditors' committees, debtors, institutional creditors, and a diverse assortment of other matters, as well as direct client contact.  Excellent academic credentials are required.  The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2022 through 2019 is $260,000 to $390,000.
