Position Overview: The Senior/Associate General Counsel – Employment Law will report to OUH’s Chief Legal Counsel (CLO) and working directly with the CHRO, will be responsible for a wide range of employment law issues, including recruiting, hiring, leave and accommodation management, benefits, employee relations, restrictive covenants, discipline, wage and hour, contingent workforce, and job restructuring. This position will provide comprehensive legal advice and support concerning all aspects of employment and will oversee outside counsel in litigation and other employment-related matters.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 3-10 plus years of progressive experience in employment law and litigation, ideally gained in both a law firm and in-house legal department. A strong academic background and experience in healthcare and working with healthcare providers is preferred.

Location/Relocation: Oklahoma City, OK. This is an onsite role with in-office attendance five days a week. Relocation assistance will be offered.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.

Bar: Current attorney license and bar affiliation in the State of Oklahoma or the ability to obtain license to/waive into within twelve months.
