JOB DESCRIPTION

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking a motivated Intellectual Property (Patent) Transactions Attorneys with experience in patent acquisition and licensing. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of patent law with experience in various transactional matters, particularly those related to patent transactions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys on sophisticated IP deals and to further hone your skills and expertise in a collaborative and supportive setting while engaging in challenging, high-profile work.

• Eligible for admission to the North Carolina State Bar
