We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Immigration Associate Attorney with experience in Removal Defense, as well as general family-based immigration and naturalization matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing before the EOIR, BIA, USCIS, and DOS. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to handle complex and meaningful immigration cases involving removal proceedings, family-based petitions, naturalization, waivers, and more. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in removal and deportation proceedings before the EOIR and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
