Lowenstein Sandler's Intellectual Property team is seeking a highly qualified Patent Associate or Patent Agent in our Palo Alto, CA or Roseland, NJ location. Candidates should have 2 - 5 years of experience in drafting, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing.
