Lowenstein Sandler's Insurance Recovery Group is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join the team in our Roseland, NJ office. This position will entail representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes, focusing on environmental, construction defect, mass tort, product liability, cyber, Reps and Warranty, Directors and Officers and Professional Liability claims. Responsibilities will include analyzing insurance policies, assessing available insurance coverage, identifying sources of recovery to avoid potential exclusions and forfeitures of coverage, making initial tenders of claims, negotiating with claims handlers and insurers' counsel, preparing pleadings, discovery requests and motion papers. Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently is a must.  C
