We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team. We represent health care organizations and physicians in the employment-based immigration process. You will collaborate closely with clients, attorneys, and government agencies to ensure the timely and accurate submission of J-1 waiver applications, H-1B petitions and PERM labor certification applications, as well as other immigration processes.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business immigration law and at least 2 years of experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for effectively communicating with clients.

2+ years of experience as in immigration;
Experience with H-1B petitions and the PERM labor certification process
