Business & Class Action Litigation Associate
Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a highly motivated and experienced mid-level attorney to join the Business & Class Action Litigation practice in our Roseland office. The ideal candidate will have 3 – 4 years of experience handling a wide range of litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies; drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs; representing clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations; and collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on case preparation and strategy.
