Summary:    Transactional attorney responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts and providing legal advice and support to all internal clients related to WTA Ventures (WTAV), the commercial arm of the WTA Tour.  The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional drafting skills, a keen legal mind, and sharp business acumen.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  ·         Provide general legal counsel and advice on business/legal affairs issues to all WTAV departments. ·         Draft and administer a wide range of agreements, including but not limited to broadcast and other media, data, endorsement, licensing, marketing, non-disclosure, sponsorship, and vendor agreements
