Position Overview: Reporting to the VP & General Counsel of North America, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide general legal advice and services to help guide Virbac North America’s day-to-day business decisions and help ensure effective management of legal and contractual risks. The Senior Legal Counsel will be the second attorney for North America business.

Experience: Five plus years of legal experience with relevant, broad-based experience practicing in a law firm and/or in-house legal position. Experience with a regulated industry (especially pharmaceutical), IP, and/or international legal matters is a plus.

Location/Relocation: Westlake, TX. Preferred location is Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area but open to relocating the right candidate. Office attendance is expected three days a week.
