JOB SUMMARYThis position provides corporate legal services to the National Trust and its for-profit and nonprofit subsidiaries. The Associate General Counsel will advise on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, risk management, and business transactions. The Associate General Counsel may also provide other general legal services to the organization as assigned. The Associate General Counsel reports to the Deputy General Counsel.
