Equipment Finance Associate
Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking a transactional lawyer for its Equipment Finance Team. The Moore & Van Allen Equipment Finance Team primarily represents financial institutions, private investment firms, lenders, borrowers, lessors and lessees in a variety of equipment finance transactions, including direct loans, leases, securitizations, credit facilities, and purchase and sale transactions, with an emphasis on transportation equipment, including aircraft and rail. Unique opportunity to join a growing team. Preferred candidates would have significant transactional experience, with some experience in equipment finance, general finance or corporate transactions.
