Overview:

Haypp Group is seeking an exceptionally capable, pragmatic, and business savvy attorney to serve as its Head of Legal – US. Serving as HAYPP’s first US-based lawyer, this role will provide exceptional regulatory and legal support on all aspects of its US operations, focusing on compliance with tobacco and nicotine regulations across various states as well as commercial legal advice.

Experience:

The successful candidate will have at least 8-10, but ideally 10+ years of experience of hands-on legal work in a premier law firm and/or in-house legal experience. Significant experience in commercial contracts and marketing-related matters, ideally within the tobacco and nicotine industry is required. Experience working with the FDA, B2C e-commerce, US privacy regulations, and in an international work environment are strongly preferred.

Location/Relocation:

Washington, DC with occasional travel abroad.

Compensation:

$300k base + generous benefits.
