We are a rapidly expanding immigration law firm based out of Louisiana seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer with a focus on removal defense and EB2 NIW cases. As an Immigration Lawyer within our firm, you will primarily handle cases related to removal defense, family-based immigration, and EB2 NIW petitions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in navigating the complexities of removal defense proceedings and a deep understanding of the EB2 NIW application process. Your responsibilities will include representing clients in removal proceedings, preparing and filing EB2 NIW petitions, conducting legal research, and providing strategic counsel to clients.
You will work closely with a dedicated team of immigration professionals and collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate will possess strong advocacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Position would be remote (work from home) with ability to attend some hearings throughout the United States in person (also webex on most). Would prefer candidate be located in Orlando, Fl to service our clients in the Florida area.

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction (preferred Florida)
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law with a focus on removal defense and EB2 NIW cases
Proven track record of successfully handling removal defense proceedings and EB2 NIW petitions
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Billingual preferred but not required, Spanish speaking a plus
Work from home (minus occasional meetings with clients in person in your area as well as travel to hearings throughout the United States on occasion)
