Position Overview: The General Counsel will provide comprehensive legal services to Signode, overseeing key areas such as ethics and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, corporate governance, and general corporate legal matters. This role requires a seasoned legal professional with a strong international perspective, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 12-18+ years of global legal experience, including significant in-house counsel experience and significant commercial and corporate law experience. Prior law firm experience gained at a mid-to-large size firm is strongly preferred. 

Location/Relocation: Tampa, FL; relocation package to be provided. 

Return to Work: Full time in office culture. 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, target bonus, long term incentive and benefits.

Bar: Florida State Bar or another recognized bar association, with eligibility to practice as an "Authorized House Counsel" in Florida.
