Overview:

Waters Corporation is seeking an experienced corporate governance and securities attorney to join the Company as an Assistant General Counsel, Director of Legal, Securities and Transactions (AGC) and key member of the legal team. Reporting to the VP, Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Development and Intellectual Property, the AGC will be responsible and accountable on an enterprise basis to lead or assist with legal strategy and execution for a variety of public company matters, including U.S. public company compliance, governance and reporting, corporate finance matters, investor relations, and strategic transactions such as venture investments, mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions.

Experience:

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in public company compliance, corporate governance, securities, SEC reporting, and corporate finance matters, and investor relations.

Location:

Milford, Massachusetts on a hybrid office work schedule.

Relocation:

Yes, but local candidates are preferred.
