Overview: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel (“General Counsel”) will be a critical member of the executive leadership team and serve as the primary advisor to the CEO, executive management, and board of directors on all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. The General Counsel will be a legal generalist with strong leadership, international, transactional, SEC, and compliance experience.

Experience: 12+ years of legal experience to include General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel experience managing a legal team within a global public company, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional, SEC, litigation, compliance, employment, IP, and risk management experience. He/she will be a leader who is a true business partner, strategic, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and enjoys being in the trenches with colleagues actively contributing to the success of the organization.
Location/Relocation: Huntsville, Alabama. This is an in-office role with a minimum of three days a week in the office. This is a national search with relocation assistance provided.
Bar: Active member in good standing with the Alabama; or the ability to be admitted to the Alabama State bar.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. The package includes a base salary, target bonus, and equity
