Well-established, high volume immigration law firm specialized in business immigration has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team to assist in the preparation of nonimmigrant employment-based petitions. As a nonimmigrant employment paralegal, you will be responsible for collaborating with attorneys and clients to compile and review documents, complete forms, and gather information necessary for immigration filings related to employment-based visas. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of nonimmigrant visa petitions, such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and E visas. Your role will involve conducting research on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in petition materials. Additionally, you will communicate with government agencies, clients, and external parties to facilitate the submission and processing of petitions. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience working as a paralegal in immigration law
Familiarity with nonimmigrant employment-based visa petitions
