Overview:

Waters Corporation is seeking an experienced corporate governance and securities attorney to join the Company as an Associate General Counsel (AGC) and  key member of the legal team. Reporting to the SVP, General Counsel, the AGC  will be  responsible and accountable on an enterprise basis for legal strategy and execution for corporate governance, including subsidiary governance, U.S. public company compliance and reporting, corporate finance matters, investor relations and intercompany transactions. This role will be a trusted advisor to the Chief Financial Officer’s senior leadership team.

Experience:

The successful candidate will have significant experience in public company corporate and subsidiary governance, securities, SEC reporting, and corporate finance matters.  

Location:

Milford, Massachusetts on a hybrid office work schedule.

Relocation:

Yes, but local candidates are preferred.
