Saul Ewing is seeking a highly motivated health care attorney with four to six years of experience working on health care transactions and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the health care delivery system as well as experience in the following areas: Addressing and interpreting health care regulatory matters, including federal and state fraud and abuse statutes and regulations, HIPAA, facility licensing, corporate practice of medicine issues, and state regulatory issues.
