Ideal candidates will have multistate experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour, leaves of absence, discrimination, and workplace safety. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in New York.   To the extent this job is performed in Rochester, New York, the salary range for this position is $160,000 to $215,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education.
