Saul Ewing is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to service our nationwide Higher Education practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience with a focus on Higher Education. Previous Higher Education experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have a strong desire to learn and specialize in our Higher Education practice area. An excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing and communication skills are essential. This position is open to any of Saul Ewing’s offices. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.  The anticipated pay range
