Saul Ewing is seeking an exceptional Patent Agent to join our intellectual property team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as a Patent Agent prosecuting patents in the immunology and molecular biology therapeutic space. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Immunology or Virology. The successful candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches in the fields of immunotherapy, gene therapy, cell therapy and related fields.
