Overview: The Assistant General Counsel – Labor & Employment will serve as a key contributor in the Legal Department and support key members of the Company’s leadership team. This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Labor and Employment attorney to bring their expertise to a growing organization with a strong performance and People First culture. The AGC-Labor & Employment will have primary responsibility for matters related to union relations, executive compensation, employee benefits, litigation and risk management, dispute resolution, compliance, and internal investigations to just name a few.
